with some of the definitions. I did like the ease at which you could find

site allows you to put in up to 40 words to make all sorts of puzzles and

is good for all grade levels.

spent quite some time in this web site comparing it to others that I have
found. This web site is a AWESOME tool for teachers petraining to lesson
plans, creating web pages for the classroom,and gathering interesting information
from other teachers. There is a chatroom on this link this provides a sharing
of information among teachers.This site can be used in grades K-12 and in
the special education area as well. Great Site Take a Look!

The Lesson Bank | The
Teachers.Net Lesson Bank provides teachers with the opportunity to share
our teaching ideas and lesson plans! Lessons are organized by subject area
and searching for lesson is easy! There are some great lessons on this site
for Spanish!

Teacher Mailring Center | This
site is a great way to "communicate" with other educators via email to obtain
lesson plan ideas, discuss classroom management, grade level topics, etc.
It is also great for student teachers, beginning teachers, and substitute
teachers that may need help along the way from other experienced teachers
around the world.

E-mail can help couples communicate | This
describes how one married couple who can't communicate face-to-face uses
e-mail to do so. It is void of emotion and helps one party put into word
the "grievances" without getting upset. Sounds like a big cop-out to me,
but if it works for them, maybe it is better than spouse abuse!

site is a great place for a teacher to get ideas of ways to put together
a lesson. There are plenty of places where a teacher can find a lesson plan
for what ever they are teaching and any grade levels. It was easy to navigate,
and had plenty of good ideas.

have really enjoyed using this site to help prepare me for re-entry to the
classroom. It gives you plenty of ideas of plans that can be adapted for
what ever age and subject. It's a winner in my book.

lesson plans for teachers along with educational advice and study tools for
parents.

webpage is more of a behavioral resource than an academic one. The site

students who are sensitive to this type of distraction in school. This site
is a resource that creates an awareness needed today.

site has plenty for anyone in and teaching discipline. The print is a bit
small at times but there are gems that can be found if you squint long enough
and sort through them.

site has great lesson plans organized by subject. They have some fabulous
lesson plans for Spanish that integrate internet activities into common Spanish
topics.

Educational World site features unique plans for holidays and special occasions.Plans

The website is a treasure chest of ideas and information for teachers.

is a great site from the Georgia Learning Connection link. It lets students
take online quizzes on vocabulary, grammar,etc. This is a good web site
for SAT/ACT/GA HS Graduation test or anyone wishing to improve their English
skills

Interesting Site for ESL Students | A free site for students of English as a second language.It provides word games,puzzles,exercises,slang and much more.

National Geographic for Kids | This
site has wonderful pictures, games, activities, and experiements that are
in a format that kids wil enjoy. They probably will not even realize they
are learning while they are doing so. I enjoyed the section on arts and
crafts and recipes. They also have a "Homework Help" link that can provide
useful information under six categories.

source can be downloaded for free. It is supposed to provide access to reference
tools such as the dictionary, thesaurus, spelling checker and word translations
in 14 languages.

Awesome Library | This
web browser organizes information for kids,parents,teachers and others.
I liked the site because it had links for exceptional children. The link
to "stuttering" provided questions that a child stutterer might ask and narrative
answers. It also linked to difficult subjects such as bullying. The search
window easy to use and effective.

Dogpile,A Fun Search Engine | This easy to use and helpful search engine was not mentioned.

Search Engines, How to get the Best out of the Internet | This site has a helpful chart comparing Altavista, Google, Alltheweb, Lycos, Teoma, and Wisenut.

Kid's Search Tools | This is a great page for kids to safely find age appropriate search engines.

One Stop Resource | This
is a very good search engine. It is one stop that's all! This site provides
information on a variety of topics ie: Do it Yourself, case studies and a
section on Web Links for internet users to find web sites.

author of this page calls it "Search Engine Math." It's a great explanation
of how to search efficiently for a specific topic on the internet.
